One Mile Course Map & Description:
Beginning at the Memorial Park just outside the National Museum of the United States Air Force, this family-friendly Museum Mile one mile course winds throughout the grounds of the museum before finishing under the wing tips of historic aircraft at the Air Park.

Rules & Regulations:
Time Limit – the one mile course will be open for 30 minutes. Participants must maintain at least 30 minute/mile pace.
Safety on the Course – no animals, no bicycles, no scooters, no inline skates, and no wheeled vehicles (other than registered wheelchair and official Bike EMS and Patrol Teams) will be allowed on course. Strollers and baby joggers are allowed on the one mile course; participants with these items must start at the back.
Bib Pick-Up:
Bib pick-up will be located in the Memorial Park outside the National Museum of the United States Air Force on Thursday, May 11 from 5:00-6:30 p.m.
What You Need: You must present a photo ID and know your bib number in order to pick up your bib.
Awards:
Gift certificates for the top three overall male and female finishers will be awarded in the men’s and women’s elite races.
Elite Athletes:
Submit your Elite Athlete application through the registration page. To apply, go to the registration page, select ‘Register’. Lastly, select ‘Women’s Elite Athlete Application’ option or ‘Men’s Elite Athlete Application’.
Only applications submitted through the online elite application form will be considered. All athletes must have run a qualifying time since January 1, 2022. An Elite Athlete application does not guarantee an entry into the Museum Mile event. All applications must be approved by the Race Director, Brandon Hough. If your application is accepted you will receive an e-mail with a code to register for the event (note that it may take up to 10 business days after submitting an application to review your application). All applications must be submitted no later than midnight on April 30th, 2023.
Cost: $10
The $10 fee will serve as your registration cost if your elite athlete application is accepted and if your application is not accepted your $10 fee can be applied to your “Open Race” registration. Before applying, please review the qualifying standards below.
Women: 5:30 or faster
Men: 4:50 or faster
